Zimland Holdings, LLC is a private real estate investment, management and development firm established to manage the real estate interests of the principals of the firm; provide third party residential and commercial management and development consulting services and to identify and co-invest in real estate opportunities along-side 3rd party equity sources. The goal of the Company is to utilize its expertise to grow its holdings and provide institutional quality management, development and investment oversight with a focus on “value-add” strategies to improve the operations of underperforming assets through active management.
Zimland Holdings traces its roots to the 1930's, when two friends and partners began acquiring residential and commercial properties in and around New York City on a handshake agreement that lasted the remainder of their lives. Today, we strive to honor this relationship as several of these original investments continue to be held and/or operated by their descendants, nearly 80 years later.
